The reality show on MTV ‘Jersey Shore’ is into yet another controversy. After creating much storm with Ronald Magro fight incident and many other topics like stereotyping etc, ‘Jersey Shore’ ends up with a contract deal disagreement with MTV.
TMZ reports that MTV has made it quite clear to the house members of ‘Jersey Shore’ that they would stay in the show only if they agree with the amount offered by the MTV. The terms are very much clear that if the participants accept the offered price, they stay…otherwise they may feel free to leave.
As per an earlier report, each participant was offered by MTV a sum of $10,000 at the time of signing for the show and $5,000 for each episode. The offer was rejected by some cast members who demanded more money and said that they would stand together to fight for their price. However, the amount of money was not revealed!
New reports tell that MTV has made some amendments in their offer and has increased the pay per episode from $5,000 to $10,000. But the participants are yet to respond to the new offer.Meanwhile MTV has made it clear that the offer is open for those who accept it…and the others who will still be negotiating are free to leave. MTV doesn’t mind carrying on the show with some new participants and with some mix-n-match. Tough employers for the ‘Jersey Shore’ people! Hope Snooki, Pauly D and The Situation are reading this…
