The 38-year-old Strictly Come Dancing presenter polled a massive 46 per cent of the votes in a survey. Mum-of-two Tess faced heartache earlier this year when we revealed that hubby Vernon Kay had been caught sex texting five women, including Page 3 girl Rhian, behind her back.
The couple, who have two children together Phoebe, five, and Amber, one have since said they are a couple "worth fighting for" and remain devoted to each other.
Coming in second was voluptuous Dancing on Ice host Holly Willoughby, closely followed by sexy Myleene Klass, sex cheat John Terry's wife Toni and new mum Jennifer Ellison.
Coming in at rock bottom in the hottest mum poll for the Viva entertainment channel was mega-boobed Jordan, who polled a measly three per cent of the vote. She was closely followed by newly single Kerry Katona, Coleen Rooney, Victoria Beckham and Charlotte Church.
A spokesperson for the Viva entertainment channel said the award would be handed to Tess later this month, adding: "We're hoping winning the alternative Mother's Day award has put a smile back on Tess' face anyway. "Tess is certainly a stunning lady and we hope that she is proud. "Vernon should watch his back, Tess may just accept one of her many other options elsewhere."
