Even fameballs fall to the earth eventually: Get ready to say a well-deserved farewell to faux celebs Spencer and Heidi Pratt.

The final season of MTV’s “The Hills” debuts tonight at 10 on MTV (followed by the season premiere of “The City” at 10:30 if you care, and you know you don’t).

The alleged docudrama (some parts were scripted, MTV conceded) followed 20-somethings Lauren Conrad (who left a year ago), Spencer and Heidi, among others.

As they did little more than mope and bicker on camera. The heavily, sometimes hysterically edited pauses amped up drama where there was none.

Fans of the television series Jersey Shore will not have to wait much longer to see one of their favorite shows return to the small screen. MTV unveiled the show quietly last year. Executives for the network did not expect the show about people living in a house in Seaside Heights to become the hit that it did. Angela Pivarinick, who left the show early in the first season will return to the house again.

MTV announced that Jersey Shore’s new season will air on July 29. Cast members and the producer told the press about the upcoming new season while taking a break from filming in Miami. The cast of Jersey Shore features people in their twenties. Much of the drama in the series revolves around the problems that arise in their hard partying lifestyle.

The sun isn't setting on "Jersey Shore" just yet. Snooki, JWoWW, The Situation and their five housemates will live on past tomorrow night's season finale of the controversial MTV reality series, The Post has learned.

First will be an hour-long reunion special, which airs immediately after the finale. Shot last week at LA's Sunset Bronson Studios, the show was described as being "a very dramatic reunion" by a source on the set.

In eight short episodes, "Jersey Shore" has become a huge hit for MTV -- with ratings that got bigger every week, peaking so far at nearly 4 million viewers.

After more than 20 years in which Oprah Winfrey shook up the medium of the daytime talkshow, rising to become a ratings and cultural powerhouse, she is to announce today that she is bringing her show to an end.

Yesterday she told her 600 staff in Chicago that the Oprah Winfrey show would end in September 2011. That will be its 25th season, after it was first broadcast to the US in 1986. Since then, the show has grown to become the most successful talkshow in syndication, with about 7 million viewers each day. Winfrey's own standing has risen with it – confirmed last year when she became a key figure behind the political success of Barack Obama.

Everyone took the liberty of concluding that I had an attitude.  I love doing chores around the house. I have an obsessive-compulsive disorder. During the first two weeks, I was bitching about others. Slowly, I tried to change myself but that didn't help much.

Actress Jennifer Aniston is all set to return to TV alongside Oprah Winfrey. The former 'Friends' star will help present a late-night live talk show on the talk show queen's new channel OWN - Oprah Winfrey Network. OWN will be launched in America in the spring and in Britain by the end of next year.

Aniston, 40, who stars in the current hit film 'Love Happens', will also co-produce the series. Ever since Friends ended in 2004 Aniston has established herself as a Hollywood A-list leading lady in eight films, three of which have earned her 5million pounds.However, her TV return will earn her only a fraction of that, says a source.

The reality show of Star Plus, Prefect Bride is on the news again but this time for all wrong reasons. If the buzz is to be believed, the contestants on the show is fake and nobody is going to get married at the end. “The reason of the poll khol is Priyanka Sharma one of the contestants of Perfect Bride. The girl is a struggling actress and has worked as an anchor before for a news channel. Alongside she had been earning moolah through the modelling world too,” chirps the little birdie.
